We accept all credit/debit cards, net banking and wallets.
When will you take payment for my order?
If you used online payment method, payment will be authorized when you submit your order.
Our return policy is extended only on products which are UNUSED, UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNDAMAGED with all labels and tags INTACT, in the original packing.
If the product is eligible for return / replacement, you can raise the return / replacement request from the Order History section from your Account on our website within 14 days of delivery.
- Card: Directly credited to the card used for purchase.
- Wallets: Directly credited into the source wallet.
- Gift Vouchers, Loyalty Points or if any other mode payment is used, refund will be offered as a credit in your account

When do I receive a refund?
You can place a return request online from My Account section. Our courier partner will pick up the product from you within 3 days and shall process the refund once we receive the product in our warehouse. The pickup to refund processing takes around 15 days. We will also send a confirmation email to you on refund processing
My order is damaged. What should I do?

No, currently we only ship within India.
Are there weight restrictions on deliveries that will affect the delivery charge?
No, currently there are no such weight restrictions on deliveries.
What happens if my order gets lost in the post?
If you believe your parcel has been lost in the post, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible using these contact details. We will then investigate what has happened to your parcel.
Why is my order incomplete?
This could be because an item you’ve ordered has sold out before it could be sent to you. If any of the items in your order have sold out, we will inform you of this by email. Your order may also arrive in multiple parcels. Please allow us some extra time for the next parcel to arrive. If something is missing and you haven’t heard from us, please let us know so we can look into this further.
